This beer poured a caramel color with a minimal head and is slightly cloudy. It has a fresh pome fruit aroma (apples/pears). The taste is malty and sweet, offset with moderate to significant bitterness. The mouthfeel is somewhat syrupy. Overall, this is a nice session beer that I intend to buy again.

on draft at the brewery. doesn't say what malt, but Calypso hops
dark golden color, white head. moderately strong hop aroma - a touch of citrus, pine, floral. taste is slightly sweet malt and balanced by medium bitterness. okay flavor. medium bodied.
