Whole leaf dry hopped with Mosaic and Citra to get more of an Earthy/floral flavor to add to the extra maltiness. We also utilized late hop addition of Incognito Mosaic Oil Extract to break all the rules!! Cheers. (Strata, Chinook, Mosaic, Centennial Hops)

This beer pours an amber/orange color with a small head. This is a medium bodied beer with a nice hop profile. The aroma is well balanced between hops and malt. 85 IBUs Rated 1-23-2024
