I tried this beer first and was not impressed. I think it should be aged longer as it was quite bitter, like a bitter coffee or a bad roast on the malts. Aroma was decent as was the taste, the finish was the strong bitterness. I don't know how long it was aged, but it probably should have been longer. 35 IBUs Rated 12-22-2022
