This is a very good Barley wine. Its aroma is not overly strong and smells like chocolate with malt. For being 12.5 ABV you don't notice the alcohol that much which could be a bad thing! It tastes more like a 9% beer/barley wine. It has a light sweetness to it also. 65 IBUs Rated 12-22-2022
