One Night Only is an ongoing series of beers; Juicy wet-hopped just right West Coast IPA. We play with the hops every batch, hence the name (ONO). For this series we used Citra and Nelson Sauvin!!

This is a really good IPA. It pours a nice golden color with a decent head that goes away rather quickly. The aroma is citrus a light malt and slight sweetness. Taste is similar to aroma. Well balance beer. 69IBUs Rated 8-11-2024
