This dark chocolate raspberry maple imperial stout was brewed for you my sweet, Fruity stout loving friends! Barrel-aged in bourbon barrels for almost 1 year then transferred to brites and added tons of raspberry, chocolate and maple.

This beer pours a very dark brown color with almost no head. The aroma is chocolate and maple with a slightly tart berry flavor. I would have liked a little more raspberry flavor and a little less maple. The finish is strong on maple with a hint of chocolate. 25 IBUs Rated 1-23-2024
