Lots of lime sourness with sweet mixed in and plenty of salt. There was an unfortunate added taste that was very present in this one and that was vinegar. I found it almost dominating. I have not found vinegar in the other Gose offerings I've tried, might have been a bad bottle. Might try again in the future.
