A moderate pour yielded a fat finger of soapy off white foam with long retention and sticky arches of lace. Cloudy and semi opaque golden straw color.
Mild smell of floral and herbal hops greet the nose, faint citrus and pine in the background. Toast and bread dough even things out.
The taste is neutral with mild bitterness, items from the smell are revisited. Under ripe melon and green grape join the fray with a hint of cut grass. The finish is quick and semi-dry as bitterness rises to above average leading to a long hop bitter aftertaste.
Medium-light body with abundant carbonation, smooth and session able as the label states. East meets West.
