16 oz can animated to 50°F and poured into a tall tulip glass.
Pours a darkish gold, between butterscotch and brass, with a 1 finger, relatively quickly dissipating, fluffy white head.
Initial aroma is light fruit juice, not just fruity eaters but it reminds me specifically of juice. I'm getting mostly specifically the outside of fresh strawberries, with peach and nectarine, but not sure. There's a light warm yeast too. After agitating there's more fruit and what I think is a toasted white bread or cereal type yeasty smell.
Initial taste before swallowing follows the strawberry note plus a good Belgian white yeasty taste
after swallowing there's a good deal more fresh strawberry, as well as a good refreshing Belgian beer taste, slightly wild, slightly yeasty, very good. Present after the swallow is a light sourness that works well. In the aftertaste sits a yeasty taste, slightly dry, on the tip of the tongue. Getting further into it, notes of brandy and red apple become clear immediately after swallowing, in the back of the mouth. Juicy in the bottom of the mouth with a slight dryness on the tongue.
Mouthfeel is light but not at all thin. It quenches in a very refreshing day.
I'll buy this again, lower priced and I really enjoyed it.

I tried this beer at Bull Spit Maynard as soon as I found out by accident that they were open in the old Battle Road Site. I loved it right away. Nice feel and flavor… their other beers rock too.
