Pours a large foamy pink 2+ finger head that forces me to stop pouring early, fair retention, a touch of lacing, clear light cranberry red to a slight pinkish hue
Nose typical fruited kettle sour, some Lacto creamy funk souring with a little yogurt, juicy berry, boysenberry and generic brambleberry,
Taste is a touch metallic, more yogurt and Lacto creamy souring bacteria, but also a bit of an earthy funk almost like mold growing on yogurt, plenty of boysenberry and generic bramble berry again, as well as a bit of tannic seed, a bit of doughy malt, general tartness, finishes a bit flemmy and tart, lingering berry and tartness
Mouth is med bod, med frothy carb, fair tartness and acidity
Overall OK, nothing special, decent fruit, base kettle sour is OK but seems like maybe fermented a bit too warm
