The Virginia is a reconstruction of the first English ocean-going vessel built in 1607 at the Popham colony, Maine's First Ship is a non-profit based in Bath, Maine that strives to immerse the public in an exploration of the region's early exploration of the region's early exploration of the region's early history, craftsmanship, relationships, and their impact on our community and environment today.
