16oz can. Straw in hue, bountiful white head. Solid retention with scattered layers of lacing.
Nose pops with a melding go some noble hop notes and some stinger grassier notes. Vey subtle undertone of sweet biscuity malt.
Flavor is pretty consistent with the nose. The mild sweetness chimes in momentarily but the hops are the star of the show here. So yes, this is an American take on style. But not overpowering.
Mouthfeel is crisp, nicely carbonated, and a dry bitter finish brings this home.
