On tap at Feathered Serpent.
Straw to gold in color with a hint amber. Fluffy white head, great retention. Light lacing.
Aroma has a not too assertive yeast note but then the earthy, floral notes that are similar to an aroma version of grass meets chewed sunflower seed shells. Unique yet still tempting.
Flavor is basically a not too forward yeast show with that earthy tea note.
Mouthfeel is fine for style, active carbonation, dry finish.
