A three brewery, I-4 collaboration between Rockpit, Ivanhoe Park brewing, and Deviant Wolfe Sanford. Dark farmhouse saison is unlike anything you’ve had before. Starts with a dark roasty character, rolls right into a mild funky fruitiness and finished with a distinct blush that comes from being rested on oak chips soaked in red wine.
