The fiery copper colour foreshadows a deep maltiness. Richly toasted bread, dark brown sugar, and molasses cake play lead, with a mild spice and biscuit supporting. Earthy hops bring harmony and balance to the sweet impressions, and help structure the long, palate-pleasing finish.

At my lady Pamela's house; canned and chilled, 473mL in a pint glass. From Small Batch Dispatch's November curation. No date stamp or lot number. My 9th beer from the Toronto, Ontario brewery, and 1st for 2026. Explicitly enjoyed by Sundae the cat...

Poured a 473ml can into a pilsner glass. A big three finger fine tan head on a clear dark amber brown. Excellent head retention. Sticks around to the end. Persistent sheets of of fine lacing.
Mild caramel and toffee smells. Tastes of toasted bread. Sweeter malts in the middle. A longish mild hop finish.
Medium body and carbonation. Overall a pretty solid Vienna Lager.
