Avling Kitchen and Brewery

Recently came here for dinner and drinks with my wife.

Tried the following:
Avling Pilsner (draft)
Avling I.P.A. (draft)
Avling Geist Stout (draft)

Beers ranged from good to very good. Have also tried their Harvest Saison at another location and I liked that one as well. Great bustling atmosphere and diverse crowd at the bar with quick and engaging service from the bartender. Food was absolutely phenomenal and is, of course, a big reason for coming here. Our overall experience was excellent, and we will definitely come back.

8 house brewed beers on tap and 1 rotating local cider; soft and warm industrial vibe with large window that looks down on brewery floor. Sampled 3 saisons and had the amber, ipa, and stout and they were all great. The food is absolutely OFF THE CHAIN. This is the place to take your friend who is skeptical of brewery-restaurants to permanently shut them up. I brought my mom, step-dad, and little sister and we all agreed it was in the top 2 brewery-restaurants we’ve ever been to (and I drag these guys to breweries all over the world). Great, friendly service as well. Do not miss!

decent sized place in expanding beer scene towards the Beaches district. bright and decent service. no flight. beer has a ways to improve. would wait till next spring for them to figure out.
