Pours a hazy light orange with fine head.
Smell is tart and yeasty with notes of apricot, citrus, oak, white wine and grapes.
Taste is tart wih a soft acidity. Notes of apricot, straw, citrus, oak, white wine, grapes, wood and peach. Very crisp and dry with a slight citrus peel bitterness. Quite a bit of depth, but easy to drink and refreshing.
Mouthfeel is medium with effervescent carbonation.
Overall,a terrific farmhouse ale, refreshing but complex.

Taste is tart wih a soft acidity. Notes of apricot, straw, citrus, oak, white wine, grapes, wood and peach. Very crisp and dry with a slight citrus peel bitterness. Quite a bit of depth, but easy to drink and refreshing.
Mouthfeel is medium with effervescent carbonation.
Overall,a terrific farmhouse ale, refreshing but complex.
