Each morning the Goddess of Dawn takes flight along the skies announcing the arrival of first light. Then she takes a seat at the bar and drinks this smooth Scandinavian farmhouse style saison that finishes dry with a touch of citrus.

Looks like beer. Thin head once it settles.
Smells like olives and stale bread.
Tastes like stale bread, but in a bright way. A light fungal hint. A hit of citrus on the end after the third or fourth drink. Grows on you.
Mouth feel is good and interesting. Smooth and full. Lingers without being sticky.
Edit: don't drink this while it's too cold. Thins out the flavor. This tastes like banana bread with a slight salty/sour flavor when it gets closer to room temp.
