This is a hazy IPA brewed using a single hop, HBC 1019. It brings out all the nuances of this new experimental hop variety to be able to appreciate all it has to offer. Aroma: mix of citrus, tropical, and stone fruits. Tasting notes: coconut, Valencia oranges, caramelized bananas, peaches, and honeydew melon. Can art by Adam Mathews.
