Presented in a snifter at the brewery.

Appears a slightly hazy (hop haze) orange with a half finger of white head.

Nose of tropical fruit. Lychee mostly.

Taste follows the nose with a balancing bitterness in the end and aftertaste.

Overall a very solid 1.5 IPA

16oz can poured into a snifter

A- pours a clear golden amber with a one finger foamy white head that reduces to a ring

S- orange citrusy hops, resinous line, caramel, doughy malt

T- citrus and piney hop notes up front, followed by malty caramel mid-palate. Some tropical notes of passionfruit and peach on the finish

M- medium body with moderate carbonation, foamy mouthfeel and crisp finish

Hmm, not much on the aroma other than a slight citrus and malt draw. The taste is a general citrus flavor followed by an after thought of pine. A little water. Not overly sweet for an imperial IPA. Not thoroughly impressed. 10/8/20 Marilyn's Morgantown
