16oz can. Can bottom is stamped 'CANNED ON 3/25/2022'.
Cloudy, deep apricot whiskey colored body. Pink tinge to its brief head, which sticks around as a partial cap.
Aroma does smell like a fruited cocktail, with the mix of cherry sweetness and yuzu tartness (citrus). Also with the lavender perfume.
Taste continues off the nose with the cherry and yuzu combo, with the flavors of mandarin, grapefruit, cherry and light flowery perfume. The same profile trails off in the aftertaste.
Medium mouth feel, with some prickliness in the mouth and on the tongue, almost fizzy like. Supportive carbonation.
Rather one note but complex in that one note expression. Cocktail inspired indeed.
