Can to snifter. (DC donated).
LOOK: very hazy bright yellow. big creamy white head. slow sudsy legs. very nice look.
AROMA: light tropical fruit, some wood. All good smells, just not terribly pungent.
TASTE: grapefruit, pineapple, grass, oak, lime.
FEEL: light body, sneaky good carbonation, smooth, dry finish.
Very nice brew...my first from Source Brewing. I've had better Nelson beers, but this is certainly well crafted.
