can (9/16/2020) to snifter, picked up from brewery only 5 hours earlier.
LOOK: Hazy bright yellow, pulpy look even. Medium off white head. Very good retention.
AROMA; passion fruit, mango, musty vanilla/brown sugar(almost cookie dough), touch of pine/wood/grass
TASTE: peach, pear, apricot, grass. The taste is cleaner than the aroma. Quite a change actually, but both attributes are excellent.
FEEL: smooth and light bodied. very drinkable. Super pillowy soft. finding it difficult to slow down enough to type these words.
Very awesome, well crafted beer. Always been a big fan of the Simcoe hop and this is a great representation of it. Reminds me of Troon Vaporwave. I've been very impressed by Source and this is my favorite from them yet.
