A: Lustrous but hazy honeybee gold. Dense and creamy white cap. Good retention and reforms with ease.
S: Yellow skin tropical fruit, pink strawberry, dried Turkish apricots, starfruit, kiwi and melon. Green and somewhat earthy, but not overly dank.
M: Smooth for the ABV although it should be as it is technically given a NE dosage. Very soft and airy with moderate carbonation and med body. Trickle of alcohol warmth inescapable.
T: Sweet and slight sourness with earthy undertones. Spanish lime, persimmon, stewed apricot, prickly pear. Soft tropical sweetness characterized by cara cara oranges and guava. Honeyed white toast.
