Jamaican Rum Barrel Aged

Conditioned on Coconut, Madagascar Vanilla, Saigon Cinnamon, & Nutmeg

We conditioned the blended, rum barrel aged, imperial stout on heaps of coconut shavings, Saigon cinnamon sticks, Madagascar vanilla, and a touch of cracked nutmeg.

Coquito stout is full bodied and smooth with bold flavors that are sure to bring you warmth and cheer this holiday season!

We get notes of toasted coconut, spiced rum, almond, toasted oak, vanilla, nutmeg, cocoa, candied dates, crème brûlée, and Puerto Rican Coquito.

Pours fairly dark and kinda thin, minimal head . Fantastic aroma of rum, coconut, vanilla, and light cinnamon. Flavor is rum, coconut, cinnamon, and vanilla cream. Think Rum Chata. Really delicious. Carbonation adds to a creamy texture. Overall a really great BA Stout - they definitely created a Coquito beer.
