16oz can from Tavour. Murky rose colored, rocky pinkish head, chunky lacing. Aroma is berries with light milky notes. Taste is fruity, berries, lactose. Thick and creamy. Just past it's prime.

Beer.
It's my one true love - until the person I spend my life with comes along.
Thankfully, Source brewed an offering appropriate for the season with this Valentine's Day-inspired brew that was plenty fruity, sweet, and plush as like their cream beers, had a strong alcoholic presence that was nearly hidden.
Such a lovely pour to this as the liquid was a hazy, earthy berry hue with a ton of soft pink head that easily filled up the remainder of my glass. The lacing left behind was randomly scattered and almost seemed like clouds when viewed from afar. A ton of berry patch and milk sugar was in the muted nose as it drew me in to the first sip...
...as the taste easily followed suit.
This reminded me of a dessert bar because of how much blackberry, blueberry, and cream were in it although the sweetness wasn't cloying, artificial, or overwhelming. Enough juice and moderate tartness rounded out the mouthfeel as this was slick and somewhat dank in the aftertaste as the Cryo Mosaic became apparent in the back. The carbonation was fine and the residue left on my lips was just like parfait - at room temperature!
Indeed, this was strong and I warmed up nicely by the time I finished this off. I wish there wasn't any sediment at the bottom of the liquid as this was canned on 2/1 with 'BE MINE" written below that. Other than that, this was a fun beer that served as a wonderful companion for those perpetually single such as myself. Skip the hearts with messages on them and fall in love with this instead!
