Undrgrnd King was brewed with a base of heirloom Barke Pilsner and Vienna malts lightened with flaked rice. We tossed some Cascade hops in the mash for a boost in thiol precursors, loaded the end of the boil and whirlpool with concentrated Motueka CGX pellets, and finally dry hopped this beer with a powerful one-two punch of El Dorado and Simcoe.

16oz can from Tavour. Pale golden pour, clear, fizzy white head. Aroma is bready with a light hoppy back end. Taste brings light fruity flavors, dull bitterness and more bready malts. A tad dry, a light tingle remains on the tongue.
