Oh Behave! is a dark copper colored, low-gravity, malt-focused, English-style session ale packaged with liquid nitrogen and readily suited to drinking in quantity. When Smash Poured into a proper pint glass, the tiny, cascading, nitrogen bubbles rise to the top in mesmerizing fashion, unleashing a myriad of toasty/ malty aromas and providing a long-lasting, supportive head of tasty beige foam that will leave frothy rings inside your glass after each gulp. It’s light body, mild bitterness, and delightful flavors make this classic, English-style, pub ale a particularly easy drinking and enjoyable brew. We get notes of English bakery, toasted mixed nuts, toffee brittle, biscuit with light caramel drizzle, and Victoria Plum.

Picked this up at Source earlier this year, as I hadn't had anything of the source in ages. Love the Austin Powers reference but all kidding aside, this was a lovely take on an English Dark Mild Ale as indeed, it was as mild as anything I've ever reviewed on here!

Dark leather in hue and topped off with a ton of thick, tan head, this appeared exactly as I pictured. I don't think a widget would have led to a better set of bubbles although the lacing was also quite extensive. Each ring was thick, wavy, and bled down to the next as this was quite a pleasing liquid. Lots of toffee, dark bread, and plum as the nuts and malt were more pronounced in the taste. Balanced, slightly slight, an oh-so-easygoing, this was easy to fall in love with as the smoothness of the pour easily translated onto the palate.

A bit of licorice and plum stuck around in the back as I never even came close to feeling the alcohol that this supposedly had. Canned on 1/23 with "YEAAH BAABY!" written underneath it, this was another winner from Source that proved that once again, they can master any style that they brew!

Has an ice nitro pour, dark amber with a mountain of foamy head. Aroma isn’t great - soapy. Has a nice malty biscuit flavor with a gentle bitter finish. Good carbonation. Overall a tasty nitro ESB. Glad I tried it.
