3.2%?!?!???
Why drink it? Well, if you love beer like I do, it’s a no-brainer! Sure, it’s low in alcohol but it’s high in what matters - taste, body, drinkability, and enjoyment. At the end of the day, what else could one ask for?
Nutty in hue and topped off with a full and bubbly tan head that complemented the liquid nicely, this had a near-perfect appearance to it. Lots of chestnut, dark bread, and toffee were in the pleading nose as the taste was just as dark, nuanced, and pleasurable. Some caramel and hops emerged on the palate once this warmed up with the end result being one of the best session beers that I’ve ever reviewed on here. The lacing left behind only added to this beer’s appeal as a ton of leopard spotting coated nearly all of my pint glass!
Plenty of body and a persistently subdued carbonation made me feel like this came from a tap, as I wish I could have had this from a cask pour! Hints of a mossy ting stuck around in the aftertaste as I could have easily had a few in one sitting! Couldn’t read what was in the bottom of the can but no matter - I loved this through and through. Wish that more brewers would give this a go - even if it’s not what hopheads and imbibers are overtly looking for!

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
