Poured a perfect golden amber color, not cloudy but had a thick hard to see trough appearance. Delicious flavor and trexture.

Poured from a freshly filled growler into a pint glass. The ale was released within the past week. It pours a hazy, bright golden-orange color with a thin, creamy, snow white cap and thin sheen of lacing. A rather subdued nose; mostly citrus, floral, and lite piny hops. It's decidedly malt-forward and opens with a bready sweetness followed by of grapefruit, lemon peel, and stone fruit. The Glacier and Loral hops add spice and herbal notes. The El Dorado hops furnish balanced bitterness. The mouthfeel is relatively creamy with moderate carbonation, and the 8.8% ABV is powerful. Overall, Healthy Paranoia is a pleasant West Coast DIPA. It's not overly bitter and easy drinking for its elevated ABV. What I like is that it's neither a haze bomb nor overly fruity. It's a nice change of pace.
