A Double IPA turned magical with the addition of Saffron and 50+ pounds of Kesar Mangoes. Brewed with Ekuanot, Pacific Jade, and Citra hops.

This IPA has a nice cloudy golden color with a good head.
A strong hop aroma with a hint of fruitiness.
The initial taste has a nice tingle to the tongue with a strong hop flavor and a smooth feel . The added mango fruit is a nice mild addition which gives this brew a slightly sweet and special character.
The mango and hops join together very well, leaving a great aftertaste with a good bitterness.
A great IPA.

13 oz. pour on draught at the brewery. Served in a snulip glass. It pours a dense, turbid orange juice color with a small, ecru-colored cap and modest lacing. The smell features lemon, lime, and faint tropical fruit. Its taste opens with tart citrus - lemon, lime, and grapefruit. The proffered mango is well in the background and provides only slight balancing sweetness. There is a significant hop burn at the finish. Its mouth feel is fairly plush and creamy with appropriate carbonation, and it drinks below the 8.6% ABV. Overall, it's a good New England-style IPA but I just don't taste the advertised mango.
