This single IPA was brewed using our favorite hop Citra. It is dosed throughout the brewing process with American Noble Citra as well as traditional Citra.

16oz canned in the last two months; lighter in appearance than I expected, mostly clear straw with a small white head. More earthy and malt-forward than I expected, this leans into a caramel/toffee profile that makes me wonder if these cans were bad or exposed to a bunch of heat...this is more snappy and earthy than I expected from a single-hop Citra brew...interesting.

Pours a hazy golden straw yellow with a nice white head. Smell is floral and fruity . taste has notes of oranges, melon and papaya . Mouth feel is soft and juicy with hops Moore sweet than dry, tasty for the style all around.

My word! This is a wild one. Damn... it might even make Raul convert! To what? I don’t know. But it has me thinking thoughts! Wow! This one is like rolling around a hay stack with Claudia Cardinale. Omg! Then she squeezes some citrus all over you and the party is on! Oh baby, I don’t want it to stop!
