Poured from a can at fridge temp. Pours a gorgeous transparent yellow with fluffy white head. Great clarity. The nose is refreshing, crisp, and everything I want from a pilsner. Soft oranges, mellow cantaloupe, pine needles, bread, pizza dough, a nice floral note, and a bit of earthy wet wood type smell.
The taste is a nice mix of sweet malts and bitter hops. More pine from the hops. Clove, orange peel, leather, sourdough bread, and a bitter oak. Definitely a bit different on the taste than I was expecting based on the nose. More bitter than a typical pilsner, but still very good and refreshing.
Mouthfeel is light and very dry. Relatively bitter aftertaste. Overall, a pretty good pilsner.
