Pours a very large, frothy head, eggshell white, very good retention, long if wispy lacing. Straw yellow liquid, good clarity, large amount of bubble streams visible throughout. The jalapeño is sharp in the nose but not overpowering, still the usual softly creamy notes you find in a cream ale get pushed to the side, peach to yellow apple fruit notes, has more of a cleansing lift than airy. Medium-bodied, carbonation thick and helps push it outward against the cheeks. Same general profile here, more malty with cracker and biscuit bubbling up. This complements the whipped cream element. Slightly more fruity here, especially as the jalapeño fades through the finish. Well thought out and executed, good overall balance. (Crowler, canned 6/5/23 and consumed on 6/7/23)

How is this not rated yet? I got a crowler of this award winning jalepeno infused cream ale direct from the head brewer. The jalepeno does not overpower the taste of the beer. It is more a scent infusion than a flavor infusion. Hard to explain.
But definitely give this beer a go. You will not be disappointed.
