Went to Windmill Farms for a Burgeon/North Park/Pure Project collab and came away with a handful of other beers and a 6-pack of Enegren. Untappd description was “Tell Me Mo' our newest DDH West Coast Pale Ale brewed with all Mosaic Hops! 5.5% DDH West Coast Pale W/ Mosaic, Mosaic Cryo, and Mosaic Incognito.”

Poured a pale yellow clear color with 2-to-3 fingers of frothy off-white head. Could see plenty of bubble streams coming up along the sides of the glass at different speeds. Outstanding spotty lacing. Excellent retention. (Sight - 4.25)

Smelled pretty damn good. In order got Mosaic, Juicy Fruit gum, dank pine, mango, pineapple, tangerine, grapefruit rind, lemon zest and floral. Almost as good from the can with some earthy pilsner malt added. (Smell - 4.50)

Tasted almost as good as the nose. Wow. This is a great beer. In order got Mosaic, Juicy Fruit gum, dank pine, mango, pineapple, grapefruit rind, tangerine, berry medley, floral, lemon zest, hints of coconut, citrus pulp and earthy pilsner malt. (Taste - 4.50)

Medium body. Creamy texture. Lively carbonation. Long, juicy finish. (Feel - 4.50)

Man. This was a great pale ale. I tried to knock this down a peg or two, but I couldn’t. For a pale ale this was practically world-class (quick glance it’s my second favorite of all-time). (Overall - 4.50)

Pours a clear amber with plenty of foam in the Rochefort chalice. Inviting aroma of green melon and other green fruit. Some malty taste and a hint of sweetness. Faint carbonation but adequate for the light brew. Flavor is apricot and a hint of lime peel. Clean and crisp with quite modest bitterness, in keeping with the idea of a Pale Ale as opposed to an IPA. This is a really drinkable and delightful hoppy brew. Mo' hops and less pain. From the 16 oz can purchased at the North Park tap room. No date.
