West Coast style Pilsner with LINC Genie pils/pale mix. Hopped with Centennial and a heavy dose of Azacca and Sabro in the whirlpool then dry hopped with Strata and Sabro! Nice and tropical, dry and crisp!

16oz pour at the source. The brewery's description:
"Brewed for our Summer 2023 Lester Cup! Category is Pilsner so we made a West Coast style Pilsner with LINC Genie pils/pale mix. Hopped with Warrior and Centennial in the boil and a heavy dose of Centennial, Azacca, and Sabro in the whirlpool then dry hopped with Strata and Sabro! Nice and tropical, dry and crisp!!"
So...not a traditional pilsner.
Clear golden color, with a decent sized eggshell-white head. Spotty lace.
Citrusy hop nose. Crackery malt notes.
Orange-mango fruity-like sweetness up front, but paired with a light, pithy bitterness. Nice, crisp fade out.
Light bodied despite being 5 1/2%, with a crisp and clean mouth feel.
Nice beer on a hot day. This is billed up front as a "West Coast" pilsner, so I'm not holding it's lack of traditional pilsner flavor against it. Plus, it finishes the way a good pils should. I could drink several of these happily.
