This classic Saison is bone dry, bright, and endlessly drinkable. Aromas of lemongrass and juicy clementine burst from the glass, giving way to crisp, delicate spice and floral undertones. High carbonation lifts the vibrant flavors and helps this beer finish with a refreshing snap. Let me let go, whatever you're feeling is natural.

Had Let Me Let Go poured from pint can, bottom stamped, partly illegibly, "[WHAT]EVER YOURE [SIC] [FEEL]ING IS NATURAL," and "CANNED ON [11]/4/25," into squat Belgian tulip.

Pours cloudy light-gold with 1/2-finger near-white head, which quickly dissipates away to a thin ring, leaving no lace. Aromas of mild spice and pilsner malt and bitter herbals off pour, and also citrus rind, with the bitter herbals continuing, joined by growing sweet citrus aroma and finally some traditional melon aroma as warms. On tasting, begins sweet citrus, over solid carbonation, with bitter herbals, then a nice pilsner malt base, which carries the sweet citrus into a drying, citrus rind, bitter herbal finish.

Not polished, and lacking in classic saison smoothness, but also not boring, and deliciously fruity and nicely, multiply (if overly) bitter.
