On tap @ the brewery - pours a lightly hazed pale straw color with a small bone white cap...aromas of spice and grapeskins over dusty biscuit malts....Flavor is decidedly vinous, tart with enough malt and hop bittering to keep it interesting...very mush a malty, hoppy white wine impression on the palate...goes clean and dry and vinous in the finish...very nice take on the Saison style
