16oz can poured in to a nonic glass. Can is dated 04-20-20.

Look- Hazy golden orange color. Modest off-white that recedes quickly to a light ring of foam, decent lacing. Light carbonation streams visible.

Smell- Citrus (grapefruit, orange and lemon), pineapple juice, peach, grainy malt, floral/grassy hop notes.

Taste- Similar to the aroma, tangy citrus and pineapple, juicy peach, grainy malt and light pine, light bitter finish . Well balanced.

Feel- Medium/light bodied, on the sweeter side but somewhat crisp. Moderate/light carbonation on the tongue.

O- A solid NE style IPA. Glad to finally have a chance to try some of the All Together offerings.

From a can 4.20.20 during the Coronavirus outbreak. A tribute beer to benefit workers in the beer industry
L - strangely flat, barely carbonated, no head ,no lacing. Ok. Interesting.
S - Cat pee, grass, and grapefruit. Not bad, not great, mind you.
T - a wee tad better, with a fuller palate impression, but more alpha acids meet the orange and grapefruit groves of Central Florida than it is complex. Not much layering here.
F - Good on the palate, not much carbonation. Murk without bubbles.
O - Glad I tried this; hope Pilot Project can nail down the style a bit, but exciting to try a new beer from a new brewer in Chicago.
