Collaboration with our friends at Obelix, this beer utilizes French malt and hops to deliver a soft-bodied, hazy, pale ale. Notes of cotton-candy grape and fresh pear are balanced by a mild bitterness of sweet-tangerine pith and pink grapefruit.

Another collaboration with another famous restaurant, PPB is finding a niche that I hope works for them.
I drank a taster as part of a flight of four in PPB's gastropub. The brew was fine to wash down a sandwich at lunch, but I wonder how the brew would work with a sophisticated dinner. Until PP puts it into a can, I may not know.
