Our deeply malty, complex Scotch Ale got a fancy makeover that really took it to the next level! We took apart an oak wood barrel and toasted the staves until they got a slight char on them. Then soaked the charred staves in Scotch Whiskey. THEN we conditioned our All Is Good Scotch Ale that we all know and love over the scotch soaked, lightly charred, oak staves…resulting in a slightly boozier and deviously dark complex ale perfect for a Montana winter.
