We blended one of our fruited sour beers, aged in a tequila barrel, with our Waving Bear Cherry Sour. Then, took that blend and conditioned it a stainless steel tank with prickly pear puree. This created the base beer for our next barrel aged sour. We are kegging off just 4 kegs of this for the harvest season and to let you get in on the long process of mixed fermentation sours!
