Bear Master is a mixed fermentation barrel aged sour. We started with an American wheat ale that was brewed with specialty grains to produce a seductive amber hue. Then we moved that beer in neutral oak barrels to let it sour with multiple bacteria cultures and finished with Brett yeast. It was then moved from oak barrels to age in stainless steel tanks with McIntosh Apples sourced from King Orchards in Michigan. Enjoy this fresh new take on an American sour!
