Dark in color, leaves a nice lacing with a smooth and creamy mouth feel.If that isn't enough, lol, the taste bring a lot dark roasted malt with just a bit of cocoa flavoring, just about exactly what I was looking for right now.

One of the smoothest oatmeal stouts I’ve ever had!

Nitro tap
Deep dark black with a cascading creamy head of beige.
Aroma is pure straight up oatmeal stout, you get the graininess and the oatmeal...with faint following dark chocolate notes.
Flavor brings dark chocolate, roasty malts, oatmeal, iron, and a hint of lactose sweetness. Not really getting the cookie.
Feel is creamy as expected, not watery at all, with a mild carbonation.
Overall it was okay, definitely approach this as a basic oatmeal stout and you won't be disappointed. Won't blow the doors off though.

Severance Monster Cookie Oatmeal Stout, 6.1% ABV. Pours black with a gorgeous three finger foamy head that lasted, and left foamy lacing. Nose is oatmeal, peanut butter, and brown sugar, taste follows, plus chocolate, moderately sweet, slightly bitter. Incredible thick and smooth mouthfeel. Overall outstanding.
