Pours orange with hints of pink highlights. The head is limited but the lacing lingers well.
The promised aromas are there. Lemon and mint rather prominent, with stone fruit in the background.
The brew delivers lemon acidity right up front, but the plum actually arrives here much more clearly than the nose. The mint is present throughout, but never becomes the center of attention, and that is just fine. Instead, the mint imparts something of a tea flavor to the brew. Sour, yes, but not overly so.
The brew is just shy of medium. The acidity and modest but present carbonation are welcome and elevate the brew to "refreshing" level. Definitely a good summer drinker.
