A collaboration with Beer Supply.
Pours hazy pink-grapefruit. Very limited head. Thin persistent lace.
Raspberry and coriander are both present on the nose, and the acidity and brine are both an aroma as well. Evocative of a berry Berliner in some ways on the nose.
Initial berry sweetness on the tip of the tongue gives way to a welcome wash of solid but restrained acidity, prominent brine, and hints of spice. The coriander is initially lost here, although it strengthens as the brew warms. All in all, pretty balanced, though.
The brew is slick on the tongue, but finishes fairly crisp, with deceptive carbonation that keeps it medium light.
This one checks all of the style boxes, and delivers some extra punch on the brine. A bit more acidity would have been welcome, but others might disagree.
