An Amber Ale with a bit of class and smidge of sass! Crisp, yet malty with just a hint of bitterness.

Pours relatively clear, but pleasingly dark amber. Good head and lacing.
Pleasant toasted biscuity aromas with some solid but restrained hopping. Earthy and grassy in that respect. Just wish there was more here.
Toasted and bready malt sweetness on the tip of the tongue, but drier than many of the style and that's pleasant. Perhaps a bit of citrus in the background. The finish is earthy hop.
Medium bodied. Not quite crisp, but very close. Has a remarkably short drying finish for the style.
This is a good change of pace for the style.
