We teamed up with our friends at Papa Woody's to create the perfect pale ale to pair with their pizza and wings. Not too bitter and not too malty, Phillips Ave Pale Ale (PAPA) is well balanced with notes of tropical fruit from Simcoe, Citra and local Cascade hops.

A very pale beer with a surprising fruit flavor at the end. I'm unsure exactly which fruit, but possibly a pearish taste.
All in all, a refreshing beer.
