A barrel aged sour stout? Color me curious! We layered a sweet stout over a rasbperry kettle sour and then barrel aged it in a bourbon barrel and put it on nitro. The result is a unique tasting experience with creamy notes of dark chocolate and tart raspberry with a bourbon finish.
