Pint at the brewery in the Brooklyn neighborhood..an old Portland neighborhood.
Pous a clear golden with a nice sized frothy white head
Light hop aromas..and good rich golden malts.
Taste is my with an English hop background.
Very easily drinkable..great mouth feel.
Excellent Golden Ale.

I had this cask conditioned at Away Days in Portland. This is really more like an English golden/summer ale than a true English pale ale, and light in character but very nice. Dark gold, it has a creamy white head. Aroma is fruity and flowery with hint of jasmine. Taste is nice gentle sweetness with zesty bitterness just balancing. Lively mouthfeel. A great warm weather beer. I almost felt like I was back in England on a warm summer day with a good, light summer ale.

Big pillowy head on top of a light golden body. Smell is light, floral, and sweet. Taste is biscuit, then floral hops, melon rind, a hint of grapefruit, and honey. Feel is very crisp, finish is dry. Overall, extremely drinkable, with a nicely balanced body.
